Really good Service and Great Location!
helpful concierge efficient taxi
The concierge Thomas helped me with the tube, even walking me to the platform with my luggage. Anna at the front desk was also very helpful and cute. I appreciate the efficient taxi service and the friendly staff who are always ready to assist.
I noticed some metro noise during certain hours. This noise was somewhat disruptive to my sleep.

The hotel's location near the tube station allowed convenient access to central tourist sites! many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The hotel restaurant seemed great. thomas, the concierge, was helpful, providing transportation information with a great attitude! anna at the front desk was very nice and helpful too.
I found the gratuity bill presented at check-out a little pressuring. It was a significant amount. it. i felt a bit obliged to contribute, even though i wasn't entirely willing

excellent location respectful staff spacious room
The hotel location is excellent near the tube station. The staff was friendly and courteous. My room was spacious and very clean. I especially appreciated the excellent water pressure in the bathroom. It featured both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
The room I had did not match the photos online. The condition of the room had degraded. I noticed stains on the carpets. I also found chips on the nightstands .
